Moribund is an understatement

As I was driving west of Katy the word moribund came to mind. It's a favorite word with a distasteful meaning. My fields are being developed. Actually the Spanish word muerte is better. Construction sites everywhere.

I retreated to my old "Tweener" field, between Pavestone and Igloo. Right across the creek is a detention pond along with a bunch of other building. I called that "Tweener West." It was an OK field that I ocassionally hunted. Gone.

Farrah did well, catching game with some great flights.

This is the field where Farrah
caught her first game bird
